Please ensure bicycles are secured with a good-quality, Sold Secure-rated lock whenever possible and stored in a locked shed, garage, or other secure location. Consider using more than one lock and securing both the frame and wheels to an immovable object. Security lighting and CCTV can also help deter offenders and provide valuable evidence if a theft does occur. 🚴 Protect Your Bike with BikeRegisterWe would also encourage all bicycle owners to register their bikes with BikeRegister, the UK's national cycle database. Registration is free and can significantly improve the chances of recovering a stolen bicycle and reuniting it with its owner. Further information can be found at www.bikeregister.com.
